In mid-May 2022, the Saigon Import-Export Training and Consulting Center - SIMEX began implementing a specialized training package on international logistics for the faculty of the Economics Department - Da Nang Vocational College - Da Nang City.
As the direct implementers of the teaching and consulting package, Mr. Le Sai Gon (Director of SIMEX Center) and Mr. Le Thanh Tung (Deputy Director of the Center) have delivered in-depth, practical lectures closely aligned with the realities of warehousing, logistics, and import-export for the teachers of Da Nang Vocational College.
Speaking at the Opening Ceremony, Mr. Ho Viet Ha - Principal affirmed that Logistics is currently one of the professions attracting strong interest due to the extensive and high-level application of scientific and technological advancements in this field. Representatives of the School Leadership and the Saigon Import-Export Training and Consulting Center SIMEX hope that the cooperation between the school and the Center will be successful; through the course, the lecturers of the Economics Department will have the opportunity to enhance their professional skills in Logistics, thereby improving the quality and effectiveness of Logistics training at the School, meeting the needs of the labor market, and being a launch pad to take the Logistics industry in Vietnam to new heights.
